  • All guests must check in at the hotel lobby. Please have your ticket ready. Two separate lines will be formed: one for General Admission (GA) and one for FastPass/VIP.

  • This event is strictly for guests aged 21 and over. All attendees must present a valid state-issued ID or Passport.

  • Tickets can be purchased both online and at the door. To ensure a faster purchase experience upon arrival, QR codes will be provided for quick scanning.

  • When attending a Halloween party, avoid bringing items such as weapons (even if they are fake), illegal substances, overly large or noisy props, open flames like candles, and personal valuables that may be lost or damaged. Also, refrain from bringing outside food or drinks unless specified by the host, as well as any costumes or accessories that could be offensive or inappropriate. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only if the show is canceled; please note that ticketing fees are non-refundable.

  • Re-entry is permitted. However, GA guests returning must wait in line again.

    Fast Pass holders may re-enter through a dedicated line.
